personally appoared ANGUS SUMNER of the city of Fort- Pierce,
in .aid county and state aforesaid, and being by me first
duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says: That he is a
duly licensed practicing Attorney of St. Lucie County, that
he represented Pearl McCaskill Quinn at the time she obtained
a divorce from Donald Quinn on December 7, 1953, and further
that ~nald Quinn was an unmarried adult on December 8, 1953,
when he executed a Warranty Deed to Pearl McCaskill Quinn
dated December 8, 1953, the same being recorded in Deed Book
187 at pap 142 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
