ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEN TS:
That OTIS R. PARKER, JR., as, Guard~an of the properties of JUDY FEE,
and FRANK H. FEE, III., minors, of St, Lucie County, Florida, as party
of the first part and JUDY FEE and FRANK H. FEE, III., of Ft. Pie~ce,
St, Lucie COUrtty, Florida. parties of the second part;
WHEREAS party of the first part, as Guardian aforesaid, was the
owner of an undivided two-thirds (2/3) interest in two certain mortgages
made by Frank Fee in favor of First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce encumbering real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the s1 of Lot 4, which lies East of the
FEC Railway Right-of-way of MCCARTY'S SUB-
DIVISION of Government Lot 2, Section 23. Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, as per Plat Book I,
page 114. Brevard County Records, with riparian
rights, less right-of-way of Indian River Drive.
said mortgages being respectively dated April 27, 1956 and August 20,
1956 and ~espectively recorded in Mortgage Book 126. at page 123 and
Mortgage Book 129, at page 359 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS the disabilities of non-age of the said parties of second
part have been duly removed by Decree of the Circuit Court in and For St,

Lucie County, Florida, thus terminating the guardianship.
NOW, THEREFORE, the premise stated, the party of the first part
as guardian at:oresaid, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other valuable considerations, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
