CULVERHOUSE, and SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of B. A. Brown, deceased; and SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estates of George H. Culverhouse, Jr. and John Bradford Culverhouse, Minors, hereinafter called the grantor, to SEYMOUR BASKIN, TRUSTEE, whose post office address is 3950 South Karlov Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter called the grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instru- ment and the heirs, legal representatives and , assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations) WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: The North 3/4 of Section 26 and the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 34, South, Range 38 East; EXCEPTING 1~EREFROM that part thereof lying West of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the South line of the NEt of the SE~ of said Section 27, which point is 120 feet East of the SW corner of the NE{ of the SEt of said Section 27, thence run Northerly in a straight line to a ~oint in the North line of the East t of the NEi of said Section 27, which ~oint is 87 feet East of the ~~ corner of the E2 of the NEt of said Section 27. Said line being the West toe of an existing dike. TOGETHER WITH an Easement and right to use, maintain and operate the canal and road existing on the land excepted from this deed as above described, for drainage and irrigation purposes and for ingress and egress, in common with the grantors, their heirs and assigns. This deed is subject to the following: That certain Easement for Road and Canal right-of- way recorded in Official Record Book 18, Page 241, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County;
