duly paid by the Trustees to the Company, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Company
has executed and delivered this Third Supplemental Indmture and hereby covenants to and with the
Trustees and rach of them and Weir respective successors in the Trusts under the Indenture as hereby
amended, as follows ;
ARTICLE ONE
CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
SECTION 1.1. The Trustees i-rseby consent to the conveyance by the Company of the following
described property, rights, privileges and franchises of the Company, subject, nevertheless, to the fu-st
mortgage lien of the Indenture, as heretofore amended and supplemented, or as it may hereafter be
amended and supplemented, to wit:

Parcsl 1: Lots One (1) to Sir (6), Block Two (2), Bakers Villa.
Parcel 2: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Bakers ,Villa,
thence West Three hundred fifty (350) feet ro Southwest corner of Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2),
Bakers Villa, thence South One hundred sixty-four feet (164'), thence East Three hundred fifty feet
(350'), thence North One hundred sixty-four feet (164') to the place of beginning, except that portion
thereof hitherto conveyed by deed from 'The Colorado Ice and Cold Storage Company to Carb-Ice
