Egg Company, dated August 15, 1955, recorded in Book,T7o728 at Page 600 of `said county records,
said easement to termnate on January 1, 1961, and subject io the right of the Grantor herein,
its successors and assigns, to re-locate said pipe line and the right of way therefor. on any portion of
the lands owned by the Grantor at Grantor's own expanse;
(c) Easement for right of way for a ralroad spur track as presently located over and across
Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Fiftear (15), Sixteen (16) and Sevartear (17)
of Block Eight (8), Baker's Subdivision, sad Lots One (1) sad Trivo (2), Bkiclc Elevar (11),
Baker's Subdivision, said easement to terminate whenever the Grantee herein, its successors and
assigns, ceases to use the same for the service of tht building located on the tract hereinabove
being rnnveyed ;
