7. No vault, mausoleum or similsr stnucture is pemnitted.
Only a headstone or bronze plate is permitted, which said
headstone or plate must be a flat top end inutalled or set
flush with the ground. The Associatian reserves the right
to remove, without any liability on its part, any monument
or structure whkh does Hat comply with this provision.
8. No trees, shrubs, bushes, etc., are psrmitted,.and the
Association reserves the right to remove, without any liabili-
ty on Its part, any sudti trees, shrubs, etc.
9. The Assodation reserves the right to alter any road-
way or walks in the cemetery, or to change the layout of
pbtt which have not been sold, and to make such rules and
regulations for the government and management of the
grounds as it may deem neassary.
10. In five evenn Purdhaser has paid in full for this Certifi-
cate end later moves from St. facie County, the Association,
on request from Purchaser, will endeavor to :ell any unused
span and reimtw~se Purchaser in the event such space is
sold.
