LUT 22, Blook 3, of SOUTHERN PINES S/D, ~ as, per plat therof on
file in the Public Records of St. Lucie County Florida.
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the [~ortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for i.n the first mortgage
now encumbering this property to the Mortgagee herein, which
Aiortetagee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the
said first mortgage. Failure on the part of the lortgagors herein
to comply with this or the following requirements he reby authorizes
the t~;ortgagee to accelersate the unpaid balance of this mortgage
as hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be_placed against the above property
for a period of two years from the above date.
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
morte-are now encumbering said property.
It is further ae~reed,that the Mortoanors herein will allow the
Mortgagee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this property In any way sc long as it is not to the
financial lots of the mortgagors. The Mort(+agors further agree to
sign any papers at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, which might be necessary to the refinancing or re-
arranging of said first mortgage.
It is further agreed.that the mortgagors herein will at any time.
at the request of the mortgagee herein, acknowledge this mortgage
and the amount of remaining principal due hereunder in writing
on a form provided for this purpose by the mortgagee. The
purpose of these statements will be for annual audit by special
audit prior to sale of this mortgage.

Pines S/D to Lot 22. Block 3, Southern Pines 5/D, of tha"t certain

at .page 973 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
