note or notes have been respectively assigned and indorsed to ASSIGNEE and
WHEREAS TRANSFEROR is desirous of x11inR. and TRANSFEREE is desirous of purchasing. whatever
interest TRANSFEROR has is said chattel, and of the amount agreed to be paid Sy the TRANSFEROR there

right, title and interest in and to the shove mentioned chattel, subject to the terms of said instrument.
in consideration of the written consent of ASSIGNEE, TRANSFEROR 'nd TRANSFEREE hereby promix
jointly and xverally to y the unpaid balance as above stated to ASSIGNEE, and TRANSFEREE hereby assumes
all of the obligations of TRANSFEROR contained in said instrument and any accompanying promissory note or
notes as though TRANSFEREE were the original pu'rchaxr or lessee of the chattel. and
IT IS AGREED, that 'TRANSFEROR is in no way releaxd from the obligations xt forth in said instrument
and any accompanying promissory note or notes, but is still Armly bound, and TRANSFEROR eonx.rts that AS-
SIGNEE may, without notice to TRANSFEROR and without releasing TRANSFEROR'S liability, elect sn)+ remedy
and compound or release any right against. and grant extensions of time to TRANSFEREE. The chattel is now at

notes and that said TRANSFEREE assume said obligations and that said instrument is to remain in full force and
