BURI( ~5 PACE21~ - ' 5 - on said lands and appurtenances thereto, and also including all build- ings, structures, machinery, pipe lines, compressors, equipment, appli- ances and appurtenances of every kind or nature whatsoever used or for use as a part of ~ such properties, aognired or constructed, being acquired or constructed or to be acquired or constructed, on said tracts or parcels of land, owned or hereafter acquired by the Company in the Statca of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida, includ- ing, but not limited to, the tracts or parcels of land described in Exhibit "A" of drticlc 7, to which instruments and the references made therein reference is hereby made for a full and complete description of such properties to the same extent and with the same effect as if said instru- ments and references therein were set forth in full herein. B. Pipe Lines, Rights-of-jVay aged Franchises All of tho pipe lines of the Company situated or to be situated and constructed or to be constructed in the States of Texas, Louisiana, Mis- sissippi, Alabama and Florida (which include but are not limited to the rights-of-way therefor and the -pipe lines and appurtenances laid or to be laid thereon), together with, whether no~v owned or hereafter acquired by the Company, (a) all surface leases, surface rights, rights- of-way, servitudes, easements, perii~its and grants for the laying, maintenance and operation of si~id pipe lines, (b) all franchises, priv- ileges, permits, grants, licenses and consents of or to the Company covering operations for tits laying, maintenance and operation of said pipe lines in, on, over, under ar along lands, streets, roads, highways, railroads, rivers, canals, ditches, bridges, national forests, publ'ec grounds or structures or elsewhere, and all rights incident thereto, and (c) all buildings, stations, plants, strnetnrea, headers, equipment, machinery, appliances, systems and lines and appurtenances of every kind or nature whatsoever forming or to form a part of said pipe lines or used or for use in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, all fittings, valves, comiections, cathodic or electrical protection units, by-passes, regulators, drips, compressor, regulator, communication and dehydration equipment and facilities, and meters and measuring sta- tions.
