anailiary equipment, casings, oil or gas wells, oil or gas well equip-
ment, valves, oil or gas lease equipment, bridge licenses and bridge
rights, franchises, permits, privileges, grants, leases, consents, licenses
and patent rights, and also all plants, buildings and structures, with
their futures and appurtenances, and all machinery, mechanical equip-
ment, electrical equipment, and machine shops, uow owned or here-
after constructed or acquired, of whatever character and wherever
situated, all of which are to be considered as part and parcel of the
real estate covered hereby and all of which, together with such real
estate, are to be considered and dealt with as a whole, and all of
whic'~ movable property located within the State of Louisiana is hereby
declared immovable by destination.

All right, title and interest of the Company ender, in and to each
of the contracts and agreements described in Ezhibit "D" of Article
7 hereof, and under, in and to all revisions, alterations, modifications,
amendments, changes, eztension$ or ren€~wals of or replacements for
all of the foregoing which are hereafter entered into, the Company,
however, remaining liable to observe and perform all the conditions
and covenants in said contracts and agreements provided to be
observed and performed by it. Copies of the contracts and agree-
ments described in said Ezhibit "D", certified by the President or a
Vice President, and the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the
Company, to be tree copies of the originals thereof, have been lodged
e~ith the Trustee simultancoualy with the execution hereof.
