or shall be applied by the Trustee upon the Written Request of
the Company to the .payment of obligations due and unpaid which
have bee!! i!lcurred by the Co!!lpany for such Cost, in the amou!!ts
specified for withdrawal and/or application in such Order or
Request, which amount, in the case of each such Urder or Request,
shall not be more than the amount of expenditures specified in the
)•Jngiueer's Certificate filed with the Trustee with such Order or
Request pursuu!!t to paragraph (2) of this ~ 9.o~(c)~, but only upon
the receipt by the Trustee of : ", and
(b) by inserting in clause (v) of paragraphs (3) spud (5) of sub-
dii;ision (c) immediately after the words "e "~`t for such litiga-
tion" appearing therein, the following:

di!•isioii (b) of 4 y.07 of the Original lndenture is hereby amended by
adding imul~'diately after the words "Bonds of the 1979 Series" in the
last srntencc thereof, the words '`or any Bonds of the 198'l. Series".
(b) ~5'ubdivision (c) of 4 9.07' of the Original Indenture is hereby
u!!leuded by adding at the end thereof the following:
"Notwithstandi!!f; the foregoi!!g provisions of this SubdiLision
(c), so long us any of the bonds of the 19tf2 Series are Outstanding
the Trustee shat, prior to the purchase of Bonds pursuant to this
Subditiisio~t (c), !nail to ouch holder of Iteaistered Bonds of the
19t~2 Series a notice requesting tc!lder of Bonds of the 1982 Series
for purchase, on or before the date specified in such notice, which
shall be not less than 3U days utter the mailing of such notice,
at not more than the applicable redemption price thereof prevailing
at such date and accrued interest fo thL ue~t !!!te!•e5t payiin'~it date.
Such notice shall specify the principal amomlt of Bonds of the 1'.1S'L
Series which the Company desires to purchase. If there shall be
Outstanding any coupon Bonds of the 1982 Series not registered
as to principal, the Company shall also publish such a notice in the
manner specified in ~ 6.01 of the Original Indenture, the first such
publication to be not less than 3U days prior to the date' fi~cd fur
receipt of tenders.
