constitute any retirement of such Bonds in lieu of or as g credit against

4 5:2.07. Redemption ix part upon failxre to Complete Seco„d
Stage of Pipe Liae Development by a certaix'daie. The Bonda of the
1982 Series shall also be subject to redemption and shall be redeemed
in part, to the eztent provided by 4 s:d.01 of drticle 3 hereof, at the
principal amount thereof and accraed inierest to the redeml~tiou
date, if the Trustee, pnrauant to said ~ s:3.01, shall- have received
the written request of the holders of 9096 in principal amount
of the Bonds of the 1982 Series then Outstanding to app1Y the unez-
pended balance of the innds held by the Trustee toward such redemp-
tion. Notice of redemption of the Bonds gf 1he 1982 Series as provided
in this ~ 6:2.07' shall be given by the Trustee in the.name and on behalf
of the Company by publication once in each of two separate Calendar
Weeks in an Authorized Newspaper in the Boroagh of DSanhattan, The
City of New York, the Srst of snob publications to be not more than 30 _
days after the receipt of the written regnest,last received from a holder
of Bonds of the 1982 Series and not more than 30 days and not less than
14 days prior to the redemption date, and, if any of the Bonda of the
1982 Series to be redeemed are Registered Bonds, similar notice shall
be mailed by the Trastee in the name of the Company, postage prepaid,
not more than 30 days after the receipt of the written request last
received f rom a holder of Bonds of the 1982 Series and not more than
30 days and not lean than 14 days prior to the redemption date, to the
B,egistered Owners of shah Bonds at their addresses ah the same shall
appear on the transfer register of the Company; provided, however,
that if all the Bonds of the 1982 Series at the time Ontatanding shall
be Registered Bonds, then such notice by publication shall not be
required. In all other respects, anah redemption shall be made in the
manner, upon the terms and conditions, and with the effect provided in
drtick s of -the Original Indenture.
