schedule had been made pursuant to this ~ G:a.09, or (ii) the principal
amount of such Bonds Outstanding (including is snob term for this pur- _
pose Bonds of'snch Series held in the treasury of the Company) on such
sinking fund redemption date.
(e) If any 1982 Certitficate of (las Supply tiled with the Trustee
in any year after a revision shall have been made in the schedule of
sinking fend redemptions shall show that there is no 1982 Qae Supply
Defleieney, the schedule of remaining sinking fend redemptions. for
Bonds of the 1982 Series, so long as any of sneh Bonds shall remain
Outstanding, shall be that determined pursuant to ~ 6:x.08 hereof. _
(f) If the schedule of sinking fend redemptions shall be required
at any time to be revised as provided in this ~ 6:2.09, the Company shall •
promptly file with the Trustee an Olfloere' Certificate setting forth
the revised schedule, and, within a reasonable time after receipt of
such Offioera' Certificate, the Trustee shall mail a copy thereof to each
holder of any Segistered Bond of the 1982 Series then Ontatandin~.
(g) For the purposes of this $izth Supplemental Indenture the
terms defined in this aubdiviaioa (g) sLa11' have the meanings herein
specified and, except as oWerwise ezpreasly provided herein, terms used
in said subdivision which are defined in drticle 1 of the Indenture shall
have the meanings therein specified, unless the contezt otherwise speci-

The term "198A Certificate of Ciaa Bupply" shall mean an Inde-
pendent Engineer's Certificate (a) stating that, in the opinion of the
signer thereof, the Date of Fzhanstion of Available Qas Supply will
be a date not earlier than January 1, 1984 or will be a specified date
earlier than January 1,1984, (b) stating, (i) in the case of a 1982 Cer-
tificate of (ias Supply filed on or before May 15,1969, that, in the opinion
of the signer thereof, the Date of Ezhanstion of Firm Qas Supply will
be a date not earlier than Jnly 1, 1974 or will be a specified date
earlier than July 1, 1974, or (ii) in the case of a 1982 Certificate ct
C}sa Supply Sled after May 15,1969 and on or prior to Diay 15, 1977,
that, in the opinion of the signer thereof, the Date of Fizhanation of
Firm Qas Supply will be a date not earlier than the fifth anniversary
