The term "dvailab~e Qos Swppty" shall have the same meaning

term "Ce+'lificate of (,laa Supply" appearing therein shall be deemed to
refer to a 1988 Certificate of Qaa gnpply.
The farm "198A C~aa BappZy DeJFcie+~cll" shall mean the condition
eaisting, as set forth in any 1982 Certificate of Qas Snpply, when
either (i) the Dste of F,zhanstion of Available Qas Snpply is a date
earlier than January 1, 1984, or (ii) in the case of a 1982 Certificate
of (}as Snpply filed with the Trostee on or before May 15, 1969, the
Date of Ezhanstion of -Firm Qas Snpply is a date earlier than July
1,1974, or in the case of a 1982 Certificate of Qas Snpply flied with the
Trustee after May 15,1969 and on or prior to May 15, 1977, the lists
of F,zhanstion of Firm (~aa Snpply is a date earlier than the fifth
anniversary of the date of determination specified in such 1982 Certifi-
cate of Qas Snpply or the Beooadary Date of F~hanetion of Firm aas
Snpply is a data earlier than January 1,1983, or, in the case of a 1982
Certificate of (has Snpply Sled with the Trustee after May 15, 1977,
the Date of Ezhanation of Firm Qas Snpply is a date earlier than
Jaauary 1, 1983• -
The term "Ter+K++~al Date" shall mean, with respect to any 1982
Certificate of Qas Snpply, the earlier of (i) a date two years prior to
the date specified in snob Certificate as the Date of F~hanstion of
Available Qas-Snpply and (ii) in the case of snob a Certificate filed
with the Trustee on or before May 15,1969 or afar May 15, 1977, the
data specified in snob Certificate as the Date of Ezhanstion of Firm
aaa SnPPIy, or, in the case of such a Certificate filed with the Trust-^
after May 15,1969 and on or prior to May 15,1977, the date specified in
Bnah Certificate as the Date of Ezhanstion of Fixm Qas Snpply, or, if
snob Date of Ezhanation is a date later than the fifth anniversary of
the date of determination specified in ancb Certificate, then the date
specified in snob Certificate as the Secondary Date of Fzhanstion of
Firm Gtas Snpply
