The North ~819.8O' of the following described parcel of
Band lying easterly of and adiacent to the;easterly right-of-
way of State Road No. 5 (II. S. Highway No. 1) in the 38 1/4 and
~1S 1/4of Section 22, ToMnship 36 South, Range 40 Bast, St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to-wit:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 22, thence
run northerly along the east line of said Sect3~+n 22 a distance
of 2385.78 feet to a point= thence westerly 'along a line that is
2385.78 feet north of and parallel to the southerly line of said
Section 22 a distance of 1135.81 feet to-the point of beginning
of the parcel of land hereinafter to be described,. said point
being 350 feet east of as measured along last described course
from the proposed easterly right-ofrway line of said State Road
No. 5 (the proposed right-of way being 78 feet east of, measured
at right angles to, the original center Iine); thence continua
westerly on the last described course a distance of 350 feet to
the easterly right-of-way line of State Road No. Ss thence run
Northwesterly along the easterly right-of way of said State Road
No. 5 a distance of 615.0 feet to a point; thence run easterly
parallel to the northerly line of said Section 22 a distance of
350 feet to a point; thence run southeasterly parallel to the
easterly right-ofway of acid State Road 80. 5 a distance of
614.90 feet to the point of beginning, lase the North 129 feet
thereof running from the Hghway to the east boundary line thereof.
The land described above as being released includes the
~iQrth 129' (which is described in the two lines of the metes
and bounds deseription above), the 147.90' released by Partial ~
Releass~ recorded in Official Records Boo]c 71, at Page 254, the'
147.90' released in the Partial Release of Mortgage made the
16th day of December, 1960 and the 147.90' being released here-
under for a total of 532.70'.
