purchaser desires leans, not leu than one space must be
paid for in cash, and one additional space must be paid for
within each 60 day psrliid thereafter, but not to'exceed one
year. -
3. In the event this contrast is_not paid in full within the
time stipulated, the Association reserves the right to assign
the Purchsser to another location and to the number of
spaces for whidti payment has been received as of that date.
4. Purchaser :hall not permit any interment for a re-
muneration, nor trarufer nor coign ar-y right or interest to
space covered by this oonfrad. Purchaser egress that space
aowrer by this oertifiute shall be used for burial only of
the immediate fsmily or rolatives.
5. No burial will bs permitted by the Association in any
space which has not been fully paid .for or against which
them are any unpaid charges or assessrrienri.
6. No pbt or space shall be enclosed with a f~redge, coP-
irp, fence, etc., but the corners thereof may be marked by
cornerstones, furnished and inutalled by Purchaser, of dress-
ed stone and shall be six inches squaro and securely set flush
with the ground.
7. No vault, mausoleum or similar stnicturo is permitted..
Only • hsedstone or brorwe plate is permitted, whidt said
headstone or plate must be a flat top and installed or :et
flush with the groin The Association reserves the right
to remove, without any liability on iri part, arty monument
or strueturo whkh does not Comply with this proviiwn.
8. No troes, shrubs, bushes, etc., are permitted, and the
Association roserves the right to remove, without any liabili-
ty on its port, any such tracts, shrubs, etc.
9. The Assodation reserves the right to alter any road-
way or walks in the cemetery, or to change the layout of
plots which haw not been sold, and to make such rules and
regulations for the government and management of the,
grounds as it may deem necessary.
10. In the event Purchaser has paid in full for this Certifi-
cate and later moves from St. lode County, the Association,
on regwst from Purchaser, will endeavor to sell any unused
spaoa and reimburse Purchaser in the event such space is
sold.
