THIS INDENTURE, made this day of :1961,
between the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the NORTH ST. IACIE RIVER
DRAINAGE DISTRICT, aquasi-public Corporation, organized and
existing under the laMS of the State of Florida, as Party of
the First Part, and the STATE OF FIAR~D~A, for the use and
benefit of the State Road Department of the State of Florida,
as Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR and otfier valuable considera-
tion p:.id, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant unto the Party of the Second Part, its successors
and assigns, a perpetual license, easement and right-of-way
for the construction, maintenance and operation ,of State Road
No. S-609A in and to the following described lands in St.
Lucie County, l~lorida, to-wit: ~
Parcel 6 The East 33 feet of the North 52 1/2 feet of the
