ordered that the party of the first part execute a Deed to the party
of the second part,

into effect the said sale so made, as aforesaid, and in pursuance of

second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain and

part, and to his heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain
parcel of land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described
as follows, to-wits

of FRANKLIN PARR SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 6, at page 32, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

granted premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the

and behoof forever.
