in the public records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Mortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumbering this property to the Mortgagee herein. which
~:ortgagee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the
said first mortgage. Failure on the part of the Mortgagors herein
to comply with this or the following requirements hereby authorizes
the Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage
as hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed against the above property
for a period of two years from the above date.
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
rrortr,,age now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed that the hiortQaaors herein will allow the
Mortgagee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this property in any way so IonQ as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The ~;ortgagors further agree to
sign any papers at l:irst Federal Savings and l.oar. Association of
Fort Pierce which inir.ht be necessary to the re-financing or re-
arrancin4~ of said first mortgage.
It is further agreed that the mortgagors herein will at any time.
at the request of the mortra~ee herein acknowledge this mort~ace
and the amount of remaining principal due hereunder in writini;.
on a form provided for this purpose by the mortaacee. The
purpose of these statements will be for annual audit or special
audit prior to sale of this mortgage.
