VItAR1tANTY DEED •
THIS INDENTURE, taade this ~y of ~~'G' ., 1961,
between FRED ELMER BIrtITH and LILLIE SMTl~i, husband and wife as ioint
tenants with rights of survivorship, parties of the first part , of R. D . 1,
1Yumansburg, Tospkins County, Ulysses, New York, and LILLIE SMITH. party
of the ssoond part , of R. D. 1, Trumansburg , Tompkins County , Ulysses , New
York . '
WITNESSETH , that the said parties of• the first part , for_ and in

to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted
bargained, sold and transferred, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
and transfer unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of St. Iuci
and State of Florida , more particularly described as follows:

the North 105 feet of the South 495 feet of Lot
222 of WHITE CITY SUBDI4'ISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 1, page 2 3 , of the
public records of St . Lucie County , Florida ,
otherwise being described as Lots 11 and 12 of
BROOMS-TIOGA SUBDMSION; said Lots 11 and
12 lying and being in Block 2 of said Broome-
Tioga Subdivision.
TOGETHER with all the tenements , hereditaments and
with every privilege , right, title , interest and estate , dower and right of dower,
reversion, remainder and ~aasement thereto belonging or in anywise apperta
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
Acrd the said parties of the first part do covenant with the sdd
