THIS INDENTURE made this 7th day of August, 1961 by
MAYBURY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION. whose principal address is c,lo
United States Corporation Company, 611 Van Buren Street,
Tallahassee, Leon County in the State of Florida, party of the
first part, and OAINTREY GROVE CORPORATION, whose principal ad-
dress is c/o United States Corporation Company, 611 Van Buren
Street, Tallahassee, Leon County in the State of Florida, party
of the second part, each of which corporations was incorporated
pursuant to Chapter 608 Florida Statutes, 1953, and other applic-
able provisions of the Corporation Law of the State of Florida
and acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.

dated February 25, i96o"and recorded in Deed
Book 257, at page 380 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, which said easeunent covers
the East 60 feet of the West Zp0 fast of Sectionl8
above described.-
