recorded in the Offioiai Record Book iS,
page 312, St. Lucie County, Florida, on
August :1, 1861.
Subject to a purchase-Haney mortgage, dated
March 23, 1961, in the principal amount of
X62,518.34, Stewart B. iglehart and Philip
L. B. Iglehart, mortagagees., said mort age
bearing interest at the rate~of six (6~) -
per cent per annum with a maturity date of
March 23, 1966. -

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and ap-~
~purtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part hereby convenants-
with said party of the second part that the party of the first part
is lawfully seized oi` said land in fee simple; that the party of
the first part has good right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the party of the first part hereby fully
rrants the title to said land and wilt defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is
free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to
December 3l, 1960.
