WARRANTY DEED
THIS fNOENTURE made this 7th day oll~August, 1961• by
IMAYBURY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, whose principal address is c/o-
(United States Corporation Company, 611 Van Buren Street, -
Tallahassee, Leon County in the tytate of Florida, party of the
first part, and THE J. L. W. GROVE CORPORATION, whose pr~tncipal
address is c/o United States Corporation Company, 611 Van Buren
Street, Tallahassee, Leon County in the State of Florida, party of
the second part, each of which corporations was incorporated pur-
suant to Chapter 608 Florida Statutes, 1953, and other applicable
provisions of the Corporation Law of the State of Florida and acts
amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first party, for a
in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other
(valuable consideration to it in hand paid by said party of the
!second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grants, bargains, Sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys, and
confirms unto the party of the second part, a sixty (609') per cent
!undivided interest in all that certain land sitc,ate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz: '
Beginning at the SW corner of Section 18,
Township 37 South Range 38 East; thence
run North 0° 7' 4~" East along the West
boundary line of Section 18, a dbstance
of 3,692.0 feet; thence South 89 52' l6"
East a distance of 5,370.98 feet to the
East boundary line of said Section 18;
thence run South Oo 50' 17" West along
the East boundary line of said Section 18
a distance of 3,674.11 feet to the SE
corner of said Section 18; thence South
89° 56' 8" West along the South boundary
line of said Section 18 a distance of
5,325.57 feet to.the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 140 feet thereof.
This deed is given subject to that certain
Temporary Easement previously granted~to the
Central 6 Southern Florida Flood Control -
District, dated February 25 1960 and recorded
in Deed Book 257, at page 3~0 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County which said easement
covers the East 60 feet of the West 200 feet
of Section 18 above described. -
