sad/or to enforce payment d any claims hereunder, said mortgagee shall apply to the Court having jurisdiction thered for the appoint-
ment d aReceiver, such Court shall forthwith apposat a Receiver of uid mortgaged property all and singular, for the purpote of pre-
serving uid property, during the pendency of said forccbsurc proceedings, and such appointment shall be made by such Gourt as an
admitted equsty and a matter d absolute nght to said mortgagee and without reference to the said adequacy or inadequacy of the value
of the property mortgaged or the solvency or insolvency d said raortgaRon and/or the defendants, it being expressly understood and
