SHAW, hi: wire, hereinafter called the grantors, to KASOLL GRCIVES, INC•s a corporation exist. ing under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent post. affice address at Route 3, Box 607, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee: W I T N E S S E T Hs That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of X10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises releases, conveys a nd confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: The East three-quarters of the North half of the Southeast quarter lying South of State Road No. 68, and the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, all in Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, TOGETHER with all of the equipment and machinery located on the above described property used in the maintenance of the. citrus grove located thereon, less and except right of ways for drainage canals and public roads. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subJect to all mortgages of record encumbering the above described property; all of which said mortgages to grantee herein assumes and agrees to pay. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantee that the grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1961•
