SHA~1, both individually and as Trustee, Joined by his wife, HARRIET S. SHAtiI, hereinafter called the grantors, to KASOLL GRCNES, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent postoffice address at Route 3, Rox 607, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee: W ITNESS~ETH: • That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of #10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Luc is County, Florida, viz: The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 Eaat, except all rights of way for public roads and drainage canals; AND ALSO EXCEPTING the follow - ing described tract, to-wits Begin at the intersectioci of the center lines of the existing paving o~" State Route No. 68 and the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Route run themes East 240.0 feet along the paving ~snter tine of State Route 68; run thence South 0 06t 15" West 233.0 feet; run thence i~fsst 240.0 feet to the paving canter line of the said Feeder Routs; run thence North 0° 06~ 15" East 233.0 feet along the said center line to the point of beginning. This deed also conveys all improvements, pwaps and the present crop of citrus fruit maw on the tress. THIS OONVEYANCE is made subJect to all mortgages of record encumbering the above described property; all of which said mortgages to grantss herein assumes and agrees to pay. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hersditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. • TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fss simple forever.
