WILCOX, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Optionors, and FRA1~C FEE, as Agent and Attorney for an unnamed principal, caused to be,filed for record in Official Record Book 16, at page 222, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a Memorandum of Option Agreement executed on the 4th day of August, 1961; and, WHEREAS, said parties have made a further Agreement as of August 4, 1961, whereby the Optionors for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty-two Hundred Fifty Dollars (j3, 250.00) ,and other good and valuable considerations, granted unto FRANK FEE, Agent and Attor- ney for an unnamed principal, the exclusive right, privilege and option to purchase, on or before twelve (12) months from August 4, 1961, (with privilege of extending for an additional six (6) months), all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in St. Lucie Coutrty, Florida, des- cribed as: A strip of land, 500 feet in width, lying adjacent to, parallel with, and on the South side of so-called "Indrio Road" (delineated as Michigan Avenue on that certain plat of Indrio Unit #1 on file in Plat Book 5, at page 42, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida) lying East of the East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Rail- way Company, and extending easterly to the waters of the Indian River; together with all riparian rights appurtenant thereto; said land being in Section 16, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. Reserving unto Optionor the right to dedi- cate apublic roadway over the West 100 feet thereof. r.
