the party of the sscon d part the .following described property, to-wits
Lot 13, of Block 3, of Southern Visw Addition, as
per plat thereof on fi16 - in Plat Book q, at page !~1},
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the party of the seoond part agrees to purchase the above-described
property from the parties of the first part, and to pay to the parties of
the first part the sum of Tsn _Thousand Fivs Hundred (10,500.00) Dolls"rs,
to be paid as followas Two Hundred flighty (#280.00) Dollars this day paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and Seventy-Five (75.00) Dollars
on the 1st day of January, 1962, and geventy-Five (75.00) Dollars on the
1st day of each and every month thereafter until the whole sum named is
fully paid, together with interest at the rate of 6.6 per cent per annum;
each installment first shall bs applied toward the payment of interest and
then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. Privilege is given to make
two or more installments at any time.
It is agreed b9tween the parties to this Agreement that upon the
purchase price being paid in full, the parties of the first part will give
to the party of the second part a Warranty Deed to the above-described
property, and the parties of the first part will also furnish to the party
of the second part an Abstract of Title brought up-to-date on the above-
described property.
It is further agreed between the parties hereto that the party of
the second part will pay all taxes for the above-described property sub-
aequent to December 31, 1961, ands shall keep the building located on the
above described property insured in an amount of Ten Thousand (10,000.00)
Dollars.
It is further agreed between the parties hereto that the party.
