It is hu'ther agreed bstx~n the parties hereto that if the party
of the seaond part fails to sr-la the payments as hersinprovidsd to be made
on thin contrast, or to psrfor'ys any of the covenants to xhiah ahs has
agreed, then this oontraat shall; et the option of the partisa of the first
part, be forfeited and terminated and the party of the seaond part shall
forfeit the pay~esnta made by her on this aontraat; and should it become
neassasry to foreclose this Agreement, then the ps!'ty of the seaond part
agrees to pay all costs of foreclosure, including reasonable attorneys'
fees. -
It is mutually agreed betxesn the partisa hereto that the time
is the essence of this Agreeaisnt, and that all covenants herein contained
shall extend to and bs obligatory upon the heirs, executors, adminiatra-
tors and assigns of the respective parties.
