aoribed real property bearing date of June 2, 1954, recorded in
Mortgage Book 109, page 85, 3t. Luoie County, Florida, Reoorda, se-
curing a promisaory,nots therein described; and a second mortgage
encumbe~~ing the same real property, dated August 30, 1958, recorded
in Mortgage Book 149, page 38, securing a promissory note therein
described; the acme having a balanae due this data in the aggregate
sum of ~ 12,514.34- mod;
WHEREAS, the parties hereto for mutual considerations xish
to consolidate said indebtsdneases and revise the terms of payment
thereof ;
THEREFORE, IT ~S AaREED that the unpaid balance of~s d
indebtedneassa upon the date of this Agreement is ~ ~,3 ~~ ,
and that the undersigaasd hereby promisee to pay ati aaount, x

as to conatituts_a single mortgage lien on the above dsacribed real
property, and any default under either of said mortgages shall bs
considered a default as to both mortgages.
In all other respects said notes and mortgages shall remain
in. full force and effect, and the undersigned promise to pay said
indsbtedaessea as herein stated and to perform all of the obligations
of said mortgages •s herein revised.
