under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the grantor, to ,

Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee; _
W I T N E S S E T H: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of X10.00 and other valuable conaiderati+ona, receipt whereof
sells, aliens, remises,
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land
