It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the i+:ortpagors
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumberinLi this property to the Mortgagee herein, which
!-:ortpaQee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the
said first mortgage. Failure on the part of the Mortnaoors herein
to comply with this or the following requirements hereby authorizes
the Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage
as hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the.I:ortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed against the above property-
fora period of two years from the above date.
Also the tortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
mortgage now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed that the 1.ort~agors herein will allow the
biortgapee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this property in any way so long as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The lortgagors further agree to
sign any papers at First Federal Savings and loan Association of
Fort Fierce, which might be necessary to the re-financing or re-
arranging of said first mortgage.
It is further agreeed that the mortgagors herein will at any time,
at the request of the Mortgagee herein, acknowledge this mortgage
and the amount of remaining principal due hereunder in writing,
on a form provided for Chia purpose by the 1ortgagee, The
• purpose of these statements will be for annual audit or special
audit prior to sale of this mortgage.
