The South 25 feet of -Lot b, all of Lot 5, and the North 5 feet of
Lot 4, Block 4, St.•James Park, 'es per plat thereof on file in
the Public Reccorda o_f St. Lucie County, Florida. This conveyance
is also aub~ect to s reservation for utility and drainage over the
easterly 8 feet of the above described premises.
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Mortgagors
herein shall sake the payments called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this 'property to the Mortgagee herein, which Mortgagee
shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the said first
mortgage. Failure oa the part of the Mortgagors herein to comply
Kith this or the following requirements hereby authorizes the
I Mortgagee to•accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage as
hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encusbrances to be placed against the. above property for
• a period of two years iron the above date.
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
mortgage now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein fill allow the
Mortgagee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this property in nay way ao long as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The Mortgagors further agree to
sign any papers at Fisst Federal Savings and Loaa Association-of
Fort Fierce, which might be necessary to the re-financing or re-
arranging of said first mortgage. -
It is further agreed that the--oortgagors herein will. at any time. at
the request of the mortgagee herein., scknowle~ge this mortgage and
the amount of remaining principal due hereunder in writing, on a
for. provided for this purpose by ,the mortgagee. Thb purpose of
these statements will be for annual audit or special audit prior to
sale of this ^ortg age.
