of that trust created under the Last hill and Testasent of Ed~rin

the mortgages and mortaag~ notes da~cribed in that certain Mort-
gaga Eietansion and Assuoption Agreaaent dated February 1, 1957,
recorded in Book 134, page 197 et-seq., public ieeords, St. Lue1e
County, Florida, Mharain said mortgages era called "Kinney Mort-
gages," and said mortgages being further described in that cer-
tain Mortgage Extension Agreement dated December 15, 1959 as re-
corded in Mortgage Book 164, page 215 et seq., St. Lucie County,
Florida, upon the lands described therein, in consideration of and
in coopliance With the Final Decree of the Circuit Court, 8t.
Lucie County, Florida, Case No. 1607-E, dated Navembsr 17, 1961,
recorded in Book 51, page 24 et seq., public records, St. Lucia
County, Florida, have sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents do sell, assign, transfer and set over to
Arthur E. Aobarts, as Trustee of "the EdNin Kinney Heirs' Trust,"
the aforesaid mortgages lac~o~n as the Binnay Mortgages; together
with the notes or obligations duaribad in said mortgages and the
moneys due and to becooe dw thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the same unto the said Arthur E. Roberts,
as Trustee of "the Edwin Binney Heir's Trust," and his successors
and assigns forever.
WITNESS the hands and seals of Allan F. Ritchel and Arthur B.
Roberts, as Successor Trustees under the Last Will and 1lestamant
of Edwin Kinney, deceased (also sometime known or described as
Allan F. Ritchel and Arthur E. Roberts, as Trustees of that trust
created under the Last hill and Testament of Edmin Binnay, deceased;
and The 8dwin Kinney Estate). Dated December ~~,, 1961.
