WHBREA3, on the' 19th day of July, 1955, WILLIAM T.
FLANAGAN and THERtSS G. FL.ANAGAN, hts wife, made and executed
a certain mortgage to JOHN COLLUMB and ELIZABETH M. COLLUMB, `''
his wife, and the same Was thereafter filed sad recorded
under Clerks File No. 42008, and recorded in.Mortgage Book
No. 118 at page 351-354, covering the following described
lands in St. Lucie County-,Florida.
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Outlot 6,
in the town of White City, in Section 4, Township 36
South, Range 40 East, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book .1, page 21 of-the public records of St. Lucie
County Florida, and run thence East along the north
line o~ said Outlot 6 a distance of 560 feet thence
South, parallel to the West line of said out~ot 6 a
distance of 305 feet, thence West, parallel to the
north line of said Outlot 6 a distance of 280 feet
thence North, parallel to tL~ie West line of said Out~ot
6, a distance of 85 feet, thence West, parallel to the -
North line of- said Outlot 6, a distance of 280 feet,
thence run North along the west line of said Outlot 6, .
a distance of 220 feet to the point of beginning;
same being a ortion o~ Outlot 6 in the town of '~Jhite
City, in Section 4, Township 36 youth Rangge 40 Bast,
according to a plat recorded in Plat >~ook I, page 21,
of said public records.
Said Mortgage being given to secure one (1) note of
even date therewith in the sum of $10,500.00, payable in
monthly installments of $105.00 each, beginning August 15,
1955 and a like sum on the corresponding day of tech like
succeeding period thereafter until the whole be fully paid,
together with interest at five (5) per cent per annum.
WHEREAS, the present owner of said property requests ~ .
the said Mortgagee to change and modify the terms of the
payment of the principal of said note and mortgage.
Now therefore Chia agreement witnesseth, that for and
in consideration of the sum of $10.00 ( Ten and 00/100) Dollars
this day paid by the present owner, the receipt thereof being
hereby acknowledged, the Mortgagee;, JOHN COLLUMB and ELIZABETH
fit. COLLUMB, do ~ hereby modify the terms of payment on the
