principal balance of said note, now amounting to $4,800.00,
so that the same shall bQ payable in monthly payments of
$48.00 each with interest at the rate of Sx per annum.
The first of said payments to be made on the 15th day of
February, 1962, and a like sum of $48.00 on the 15th day of
each succeeding month thereafter, until said note or any
balance thereof shall be paid in full. -'Bach installment
shall first be applied in payment of the interest and then
on°the unpaid balance of the principal sum.
