after holding public hearings of Mhiah due notice was published at
least ten days prior to said hearings and all property owners within
300 feet were notified by mail of said hearings, has recommended to
the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the
hereinafter described requests for change in zoning classification
Be granted, and
WHSR$AS, said Board of County Commissioneas held public
hearings on said recommendations on January~3, 1962, after first
publishing a notice of said hearings in the Fort Pierce News Tri bone
on the 18th dewy of December, 1961, said date being at least 15 days
- ~ prior to the date of said hearing.
NOW, THBR$FORB, BS IT RBSOLVSD by the Board of County Com-
- missioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
3rd day of January, 1962, as follows:

be, and the same is hereby changed from R-1C and B-3 to the alassifica-
