RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, after holding public hearing of which due notice was published at least ten days prior to said hearing and all property owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described changes in zoning claasif i- cation be approved, and _ WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a pub- lic hearing on said recommendation on the 3rd day of January, 1962, after first publishing a notice of said hearing in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the ,~ day of December 1961, said date being at least 15 days prior to the date of said hearing, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 3rd day of January, 1962, as follows: That the zoning of the following described property, to-wit: The So. 200 feet of Lot 5, leas U. S. #~1 right-of- way, and less Eaat 200 feet, subdivision of part of Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East; And W~of Lot 8, all of Lots 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12, and all of Lot 3, eace~t the Eeat 60 f eet,in Home Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 22, publio records of St. 1.gai.e County, Florida, Section S, Township 35 South, Range 40 East. And Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 5, and all of _ Blook 6, Dixieland S/D, an unrecorded plat more par- ticularly desoribed ae follows: Begin at a point 125 feat Easterly of U. S.
