" as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, apt
page 4 of the public records of 3t. Iucie County,
Florida.
Affianta further state that they granted unto W. J. PIOWATY and
HORTTNSS P. PIOWATY, his wife, a mortgage dated September 29,
1959, in the amount of X2,523.63, which secured a Promissory
Note in like amount; said mortgage encumbered the above described
property. Affianta further state that on October 16,.1961,
W. J. PIOWATY, surviving spouse of HOR293NSE P. PIOWATY, satisfied
the aforementioned mortgage and returned to•affiants harked "Paid" their.
Promissory Note in the amount of X2,523.63, along with the origi-
nal mortgage, and delivered to afflants a Satisfaction of the
aforementioned mortgage which was that date recorded in Official
Record Book 20, at•page 399; affianta further state that they
conveyed by Warranty Deed, the aforementioned property to
W. J. PIOWATY on October 16, 1961, and that said Deed, which was
recorded in Official Record Hook 20, at page 400 of the public
records of St. Iucie County, Florida, was in no way given as
additional security for~the mortgage and note which affiants
had previously executed to W. J. PIOWATY and HORTENS$ P.. PIOWATY,
his wife, mentioned above. '
