Commencing at the intersection cf, the centerlines of Prima Vista
Boulevard and Airosa Avenue as indicated on said Plat of River~Park,
Unit 5, Run S 00°04' W along the centerline of said Airosa Avenue for
a distance of 50 feet; thence S 89°56' E along the Southerly right-of-
way line of Prima Vista Boulevard for a distance of 750 feet to the
point of curvature of a•Circular curve to the left, being along the
Southerly right-of-way line of Prima Yista Boulevard and having a .
radius of 4659.25 feet; thence Northeasterly along the Arc of said
