party of the first part, and IDA ROBERTS, whose post office address is
325 South 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
of the Bounty of St. Lucie in Lhe Stata of Florida,

Witnesseth, that the said party of the drat part, for and in consideration of
the sum of other valuable considerations and Ten - - - - - - -Dollars,
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargatned and sold to the Said party of the second part
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie ,State of Florida, to unit:
Beginning at the Northwest intersection of South
13th Street and Delaware Avenge, as same existed
on March 17, 1947; thence run North 201.8 feet,
more or less, along the West line of South 13th
Street to a concrete monument= from said concrete
monument run North along the West line of South 13th
Street 184.95 feet !fir a point of beginning; thence
run Weat 138.0 feet; thence run North 61.65 feet;
thence run East 138.0 feet to the West line of
South 13th Street, thence South 61.65 feet along
the West line of South 13th Street to the point
of beginning, in the City of Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida; said lands being in Section
9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East»
ALSO, the Magic Chef Gas Stove, General Electric Refrigerator, General
Electric Air Conditioning Unit and all draperies and rugs contained
in the main dwelling located upon the above described premises, and all
household furniture, furnishings, appliances and eq}tipment contained
in the cottage located in the rear of said main dwelling.
The above described real property is conveyed subject to a mort-
gage thereof by party of the first part to First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce, as recorded in Official Record Book
6, at page 516, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
11nd the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to sa-id land,
and will defend the same agai~ast the la:vfut claams of all persons whomsoever.
