KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by North Shore
Construction Corporation, a Florida Corporation

in the public records of St. Lucia County, Florida, in Mtg Book 117 on page

has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced byy said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit{laim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
