From point of beginning at the NW corner-of said unnumbered
tract run East along the North line of said tract 166.7 feet to
West line of road, thence South along West line of road 73. 5 feet,
thence West parallel to the North line of said tract 166.7 feet
to the West line of said tract, thence North along the West line
of said tract 7 3. 5 feet to point of beginning.
