additions thereto, and the said Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title
to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
PR0~IIDED ALWAYS, That it said Mortgagors, their heirs, legal reprresenta-
tives or assigns, shall pqy to the said ?brtgagee,-,_, legal representatil-ee ox~
assigns, a certain promissory note, a copy of which is on the reverse side hereof,
and shall perform and comply with each and every stipulation, agreement and covenant
of said note and of this Mortgage, then this Mortgage and the estate hereby created
shall be wid, otherKise the same shall remain in toll force and virtue. And the
said Mortgagor covenant to pay the interest and principal promptly when due; to
pay the ta~oss and assessments on said property; to carry insurance against fire on

assigns, so elect, at once become due and payable and the mortgage be foreclosed,
and all costs and expenses of collection of said moneys with or without suit, in-
cluding areasonable tee for the Mortgagee attorney, shall be paid by the Mortgagor a
and the same are hereby secured.
