as to Parcel #2 hereinafter described,
were duly filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Pierce
of the above County and State and application made for the issuance
of a tax deed based thereon and the applicant having paid or redeemed
all other taxes on the lands hereinafter described required by law to
be paid or redeemed, and the costs and expenses of this es1e~ and due
notice of sale having been published as required by law, and no person
entitled so to do having appeared to redeem said lands] such lands
were on the 5th day of January, 1959, offered for sale at the City Hall
for cash to the highest bidder, and were then and there struck off and
sold to James A. Gatlin and Madison S. Weeks, they being the highest
bidders for the same and having paid the sum of their bid.
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, in consideration of the premises, and in consideration of
the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Dollars Fifty Cents ($260.50), being the
amount paid upon the said tax certificates and for costs and charges,
and in pursuance of the statutes in such cases made and provided, has
given, granted, bargained and sold, and does hereby give, grant, bar-
gain and sell, and convey to the said JA!!SS A. GATLIN and MADI60N E.
WSSRS, whose address is Route 1, Box 1040, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
to their heirs and assigns forever, to their awn proper use, benefit
