I, the undersigned officer duly suthoris~d to take and certify
acknowledgments of deeds in said State and County. hereby certify
that before me came RAY A. PADaETT and D. C. HOS1mY, as Mayor-
Commissioner and Clerk of the City of Fort Pierce, a municipal cor-
poration under the lacws of the State of Florida] that said persons
so appearing before me are the individuals and the officers afore-
namsd of said municipal corporation described in and who executed
the foregoing Deed1 and that then and there said individuals as
said officers acknowledged before me that the seal affixed thereto
is the eo~cporate seal of said municipal corporation, that their
names officially are by them respectively subscribed thereto, that
said deed was s;gned, sealed and delivered by said municipal corpora-
tion in the presence of two subscribing witnesses pursuant to law,
and that the same is the free act and deed of said municipal corpora-
tion.
