was duly filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Pierce
of the above County and State and application made for the issuance
of a tax deed based thereon and the applicant having paid or redeemed
all other taxes on the lands hereinafter described required by law to
be paid or rddeamed, and the costs and expenses of this sales and due
notice of sale having been Published as required by law, and no per-
son entitled so to do having appeared to redeem said lands such
lands were on the 6th day of 1+Iarch, 1961, offered for sale at the
City Hall for cash to the highest bidder, and were then and there
struck off and sold to Estate of Gusbie S. Reich, it being the highest
bidder for the same and having paid the sum of its bid.
