1Q10W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, the Tax Cer-
tificate, to-wit: -_

was duly filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Pierce
of the above County and State and application made for the issuance
of a tax deed based thereon and the applicant having paid or re-
deemed all other taxes on the lands hereinafter described required
by law to be paid or redeemed, and the coats and expenses of this
sales and due notice of sale having been published as required by
law, and no person entitled so to do having appeared to redeem said
landst such lands were on the 7th day of August. 1961, offered for
sale at the City Hall for cash to the highest bidder, and were then
and there struck off and sold to J. C. Stoddard, he being the highest
bidder for the same and having paid the sum of his bid.
NOW T'HBREFORE, the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in consideration of the premises, and in considera-
tion of the sum of Thirty Doliara Fifty-six Cents ($30.56), being the
amount paid upon the said tax celrtificate and for costs and charges,
and in pursuance of the statutes in such cases made and provided, has
given, granted, bargained and sold, and does hereby give, grant,
bargain sell and convey to the said J. C. STODDARD, whose address is
p. O. Box 772, Fort Pierce, Florida, and to his heirs and assigns
forever, to their own proper use, benefit and behoof the following
lands situated in the City, County and State aforesaid and described
as follows:
