Dollars and otlfer valuable considerations in hand paid by GENERAL ELECTRIC
CREDIT CORPORATION the receipt whereo! is hereby acknowledged hereby sells,
assigns, transfers and eats over and by these presents does sell, assign,
transfer and set over unto said GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION its
successors and assigns the said mortgage which is attached hereto and by
'reference made a part hereof together with the note~or obligation des-
cribed therein and the conies due and to become due thereon iron the 8th
day of January, 1962, to have and to hold the same unto the said GENERAL
ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATIOI'i its successors and assigns forever.

caused these presents to be signed in its name by its vice-president and
