ARTICLES OF AGREEN~NT
THIS AGREEN~NT made and entered into this day of
January, 1962, by and between HOWARD L. APPERSON and DJRIS M.
ApPERSJN, his wife, hereinafter called the parties off' the first
part, and SAMUEL KN13HT and BETTY LOU KNIGHT, his wife, nerein-
after called the parties of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H: - -
THAT if the said parties of the second part shall first
ke the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the jl

Records of St. Lucie County,Florida•
nd the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to
ay to the said parties of the first part, as consideration there
